Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Stories on Demand 2.0, you agree to the following:

1. Single-User License

Your purchase grants access to one individual user only.

This license is non-transferable and for your personal or business use only.

You may not share, resell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account unless explicitly authorized.

2. No Account or Login Sharing

You may not share, sell, loan, gift, or allow any other person to access your account.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Sharing login credentials

Allowing team members, contractors, assistants, or friends to log in

Using one account across multiple people or businesses

If you are purchasing Stories on Demand 2.0 for a business and require multiple user logins, you must obtain separate authorized access.

Please message inside the Skool community to discuss a custom multi-user package, which may include discounted pricing for additional users.

Unauthorized sharing or use of a single account by multiple people will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Termination for Unauthorized Access

If login sharing, unauthorized access, or misuse is detected, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to Stories on Demand 2.0.

Termination due to violations of these terms will be permanent and without refund, regardless of usage, timing, or intent.

4. No Link, Material, or Access Sharing

Any private links, login credentials, onboarding materials, walkthroughs, recordings, screenshots, or internal resources provided are for your use only.

You may not share, distribute, publish, or display any materials in a way that allows others to:

Access the app

Recreate the system

Reverse engineer workflows

Bypass purchasing

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor login behavior, usage patterns, and activity to protect the platform.

Suspicious activity, misuse, or violations may result in:

Immediate suspension or termination

Permanent loss of access without refund

Legal enforcement if necessary

6. No Refunds

Stories on Demand 2.0 is a digital software product.

All sales are final.

There are no refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Delays in access

Setup or onboarding issues

Technical difficulties

Bugs or errors

Feature changes or updates

User dissatisfaction

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, workflows, prompts, layouts, copy frameworks, storytelling systems, automation logic, and brand assets within Stories on Demand 2.0 are the exclusive intellectual property of Katie Enright, The Introverted Girl’s Money.

By purchasing access, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal or business use.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the app

Duplicate or recreate the structure, layout, or workflow

Use the system to create a competing product

Teach, train, resell, or package any part of Stories on Demand 2.0 as your own

Any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, extract, or recreate the app or its systems will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

8. No Guarantees or Results

Stories on Demand 2.0 is a software tool designed to assist with content creation and organization.

We do not guarantee results of any kind, including but not limited to:

Income

Sales

Engagement

Reach

Audience growth

Business performance

Results depend on factors outside our control, including how you use the app, your content, your audience, and market conditions.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are not buying a promise of results.

9. Service Availability, Bugs, Updates, and Limitation of Liability

Stories on Demand 2.0 is provided “as is” and “as available.”

While we strive to maintain reliable access, we do not guarantee that the app will be:

Uninterrupted

Error-free

Free of bugs or technical issues

Available at all times

The app may experience:

Downtime

Delays in access

Bugs or errors

Feature changes

Updates, improvements, removals, or restructuring

Temporary or permanent modifications

By purchasing, you agree that these circumstances do not entitle you to refunds, credits, or compensation.

We are not liable for:

Lost revenue

Lost data

Business interruption

Missed opportunities

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use or inability to use the app

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.

By purchasing Stories on Demand 2.0, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I have read and agree to all Terms & Conditions for Stories on Demand 2.0.

• I confirm that the email address I entered at checkout is spelled correctly.

• I understand that access to Stories on Demand 2.0 is tied to the email used at purchase and that I must use that same email to create my Lovable account.

• I understand that if I enter the wrong or misspelled email address, access will not be granted, this process cannot be overridden, and I will be required to purchase the app again.

• I agree that I will not file a chargeback or payment dispute due to entering an incorrect email address.

• I understand that violating any of the Terms & Conditions may result in termination of access without refund and that legal action may be taken where applicable.
